Open sublimetext site in your browser https://www.sublimetext.com
Then click on “Download for Ubuntu” link , a .deb file which name similar to “sublime-text_build-3126_amd64.deb” start download on your system.
after download finished do right click on that downloaded file and open this file with option “open with software install”. Ubuntu software center will open then click on install button. After that installation will start and you can run Sublime after this process will done.
Please note : Sublime Text may be downloaded and evaluated for free, however a license must be purchased for continued use. There is no enforced time limit for the evaluation.
Using following steps we can intall Apache , MySQL and PHP on Ubuntu 16.10 system.

You can install plugin and theme easily from wordpress backend. But sometime due to folder permission WordPress may ask ftp details to install plugins in site. You can prevent asking ftp details just open wp-config.php file from the root folder of wordpress installation then write following php code
save the file to apply changes. Now you can install plugin or themes in wordpress backend.
Install MySQL Server
You can install MySQL Server from command line in Ubuntu. First you need to open terminal window and type the following command.
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install mysql-server mysql-common mysql-client

This tutorial will shows how to configure Xdebug extension with NetBeans IDE in Ubuntu Linux.
I assume that in your ubuntu system, you have already installed php and configured LAMPP [ LINUX,Apache,MySQL,PHP]. so i start direct from configure the xdebug
